Training has always been central to the support role that Fardux offers to our clients and is a cornerstone to the success and ability that our clients' field personnel have to monitor process operations and to deliver quality data and reports.

A range of Training Courses are provided from either our in-house UK training facility or at the client's overseas offices. Course structure and training materials are highly developed and are carried out by certified Fardux training instructors with long term application experience and training delivery skills.

Commissioning and Field Support

Field Technicians are also available from Fardux for either short term commissioning or longer term field assistance projects. All personnel are suitably qualified as stand alone Data Acquisitions technicians .

Technical Support and Maintenance

Fardux software product is provided under license. The agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the license also encapsulates the Software Maintenance and Technical Support provisions. Essentially our software products are regularly upgraded with at least two version deliveries annually, additionally around the clock technical support is provided everyday of the year.

Subscribing to Tech Support and Maintenance contracts means that your software asset never becomes out of date. Additionally your investment is protected, ensuring that technology upgrades are regularly available.
