What is the delivery time for a system?
The standard delivery time for a Lite or Enterprise system is 4 weeks.

Will the software run on windows vista?
Yes, we have available a version of the Software that will run on MS Windows Vista PCs. For latest information please contact us >

Is the data logger an intrinsically safe device?
Yes the data logger is a fully certified IS device.

What if I need more than 6 pulse channels?
There are 2 options for this, change the physical hardware in the data logger box, or use an MLI to link 2 data loggers together to give extra channels.

Is the software updated?
Yes along with the technical support and maintenance agreements customers will receive updated versions of the software.

What is technical support and Maintenance?
This is a yearly agreement that comes with the dongle licence and entitles the customer to software updates along with full technical support on a 24-7 basis.

What if I find a problem with the software?
All bugs will be fixed on request if causing a serious problem otherwise they are included in the relevant updates. All reported bugs and enhancement requests are stored on a database and are included in future releases depending on priority.

Is there any regular servicing required on the hardware.
We do recommend that the Analogue and Pulse cards be checked for calibration prior to being shipped to location.

What voltages are required for the data acquisition system?
The data logger can operate with either 110 or 240-volt supply. This is auto detected requiring no manual input therefore eliminating expensive repairs.
