A Statement on COVID-19

As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect business worldwide, we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers and the communities in which we live and work are our top priority.  Accordingly, we have taken steps to ensure both the safety of our employees, contractors, and business continuity for our valued customers.

We have robust business continuity arrangements for handling telephone calls and emails 24/7/365 from outside the office, (including remote access to our servers), that allow us to continue working so that we are able to provide a continuous and uninterrupted service to our customers under all circumstances for as long as necessary in these unprecedented and challenging times.  

We are aware that this pandemic is a fast changing situation, but we are monitoring the situation daily, following all recommendations of the UK & UAE Governments, World Health Organization, FCO and local authorities with regard to personnel movements and mobilisations, and updating our risk assessments as often as circumstances change.

We are also doing everything we can to minimise disruptions to delivery times during this period, and are regularly checking in with our supply chain to ensure manufacturing continues as normal.
